What Does Your Annual Statement of Assessments Mean ?
This year ’ s annual assessment will be billed out at the end of December . The total of all assessments for 2021 is currently calculated to be $ 907.93 . If you are wondering how everything is computed , here is your answer . The six assessments per membership certificate have specific purposes to fund different operations of CCR . They are as follows : Membership Dues ($ 492.21 ):
This is the main assessment that funds the Operating Fund . In 2020 , it was billed out for $ 485.89 . This year the amount will be $ 492.21 . This portion of the assessments was increased by approval of the Board of Directors by this year ’ s calculated Consumer Price Index , better known as CPI . This year ’ s CPI increase was 1.3 %. $ 485.89 x 1.3 % = $ 6.32 $ 485.89 + $ 6.32 = $ 492.21 Capital Assessment ($ 70.00 ):
This amount is the portion of dues that goes directly to help fund the Capital Fund . This was set at $ 5.00 on the 1992 Proxy , increased to $ 35.00 on the 1994 Proxy and increased again to $ 70.00 per certificate on the 2011 Proxy . This $ 70.00 amount remains unchanged from 2020 to 2021 . Surrender Cert . Assessment ($ 208.67 ):
This is the amount based on the number of certificates that have been surrendered via consolidation to the association or by

Starting January 1 , 2021 , CCR ’ s guest vehicle stickers will be reverting back to stickers rather than mirror hanging passes . These stickers will be yellow in color and have all the information needed to see if the guest is registered . These stickers will be placed on the front and back windows on the bottom left corner .
These stickers do not permit the guest past Wilson
Bridge . Member stickers and the GREEN MIRROR
PASS are the only ways to cross Wilson Bridge into the hunting area .

CCR Reservation Reminders
If you need any information , please feel free to inquire at the Office . Please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation with the following rules and guidelines :
• According to Ranch Rule 23.02 , Members may not reserve rooms , rental cabins , or campsites until all dues and assessments are paid . If you place a reservation BEFORE your dues are paid , your reservation will be cancelled , and you will have to reserve again after they are paid . Example : If you reserve a site online at 12:01 AM and then pay your dues at 9:00 AM , this reservation will be cancelled . THIS WILL BE ENFORCED FOR FAIRNESS TO THE ENTIRE MEMBERSHIP

• According to Ranch Rule 23.01 , Members may not reserve more than one room for themselves and one room for a guest more than 30 days in advance for holiday period or Ranch event .
• Only one campground site , cabin , or room per member ( including spouses and children ) may be rented at the member rate regardless how many memberships are owned .
• The active member and the spouse are considered one member regardless how many memberships are owned .
• No guest shall receive the member rate if a member is not present in the room , cabin or at the campsite .
• Cabins with less than three ( 3 ) night ’ s stay will be charged a cleaning fee .
• Online Reservations will start at approximately 12:00 AM , and no later than at 12:15 AM on January 1 , 2021 , if there are no unforeseen issues .
• Phone and In-Person Reservations will start at 8:00 AM on January 1 , 2021 on a First-In , First- Served basis . Your quickest way to reserve will be through the online system as there are only two phone lines available to the office .
Additionally , with COVID-19 , we are unsure how many Team Members will be allowed to work on this date .
