B. Item # 0525-7: Deer Cooler Proposal
Motion by R. Trim, supported by N. Schulz to approve the deer cooler project proposal in an amount up to $ 7500.00 to be paid through donations with construction beginning once $ 5,000.00 has been raised. Motion Approved 9-0.
C. Item # 0525-8: Food Plot & Field Planting Border Grasses Proposal.
Motion by W. Bennett, supported by D. Blanton to approve the recommendation from the Conservation Committee to leave the boarder grasses in place around the food plots and fields based on it was planted for two reasons... To keep the wildlife more relaxed when vehicle approach by giving them a bit of“ sanctuary”, and to minimize members driving vehicles on the rye fields which has been an issue in the past. Motion Approved 5-4 with C. Geralds, R. Trim, N. Schulz and R. Delecki voting NAY.
D. New Business for Next Month.
• C. Geralds asked that B. Rogers keep communicating with members about their lot debris being cleaned up.
XI. Items from Members
• Member Susan Schulz asked if it was her responsibility to clean up the debris in her yard that fell from the trees of the Ranch owned lot neighboring her lot. After a short discussion the member should clean up the debris in their yard.
MISSION STATEMENT Canada Creek Ranch Association, Inc.
The purpose of Canada Creek Ranch Association is to preserve our hunting and fishing heritage and to provide a quality outdoor environment for those other recreational activities which are unique to its woods, waters, and wildlife; and to promote among its members an enduring fellowship working to preserve its properties, and friendly spirit for future generations. This mission is to be implemented within principles of ecologically responsible resource stewardship, sound, farsighted financial management, and respect for the dignity of fellow members. Consistent with these objectives are the following implementation goals:
GOALS:
1. Provide efficient administrative services. 2. Provide a healthy habitat for fish and wildlife( game and non-game species for the purpose of viewing, hunting and trapping, fishing, etc..).
3. Provide temporary rental lodging and dining facilities for the members.
4. Provide camping facilities for the members. 5. Make seasonal outdoor recreation opportunities available for members-promoting fellowship and family participation.
6. Maintain a secure environment for members and property.
7. Provide timely and efficient communication of Ranch business and activities to the members.
8. Administer the Ranch as a community which recognizes and supports the interests of visiting low usage members and well as high usage and resident members.
9. Code of conduct should be enforced equitably, and a spirit of self-imposed personal integrity and ethics should be promoted by and expected of the members.

Motion by D. Weber, supported by R. Trim. to adjourn the June 19, 2025, Meeting at 8:04 PM. Motion Approved 9-0.
June 19, 2025 CCR Rules Violations and Penalties
A penalty of 7 points and a $ 350.00 fine were issued for an unsupervised dog.
No other fines or penalties have been issued so far in 2025.
