MISSION STATEMENT
Canada Creek Ranch Association, Inc.
the right to purchase this lot first. All adjacent property
owners were given the chance to bid on lot38GP. The
property owner of lots 40 & 41 GP also adjacent to lot 38 GP
has also submitted a bid. The By-laws state that the bidder
with the highest cash bid would be awarded the lot. Sealed
bids were received. The first bid by Greg & Christine Guza
was $5,150 and the second bid by Seth & Rebecca Goldberg
was $5,501.
The purpose of Canada Creek Ranch Association is to
preserve our hunting and fishing heritage and to provide
a quality outdoor environment for those other recreational
activities which are unique to its woods, waters, and
wildlife; and to promote among its members an enduring
fellowship working to preserve its properties, and friendly
spirit for future generations. This mission is to be
implemented within principles of ecologically
responsible resource stewardship, sound, farsighted
financial management, and respect for the dignity of
fellow members. Consistent with these objectives are
the following implementation goals:
Motion by M. Ames seconded by M. Smith to accept bid from
Seth & Rebecca Goldberg in the amount of $5,501. Motion passed
unanimously.
