Article IV , Section 3B . Endowment Fund Use : Fifty percent ( 50 %) of the annual net income of the Endowment Fund may be used each year for the benefit of either the Capital Fund or the Operating Fund , or proportioned between either Fund at the discretion of the Board . The balance of such annual income shall be added to the principal of the Endowment Fund .

As a member of Canada Creek Ranch Association , Incorporated , a Michigan nonprofit corporation , a submission of a proxy ballot does hereby constitute and appoint Nicholas Schulz and Timothy Chambers and each of them , the lawful attorneys , agents and proxies of the undersigned , with power of substitution , for and in the name , place and stead of the undersigned to vote all membership certificates which he / she may be entitled to vote at the annual meeting of the members of said corporation to be held at the Canada Creek Ranch Association , Incorporated Ranch House on Saturday , September 18 , 2021 , at 2:00 p . m . and at any and all adjournments thereof , upon all matters set forth in the Proxy Statement . He / she also acknowledges receipt of the Notice of an Annual Meeting and the Proxy Statement .
In accordance with Article V , Section 7 of the By-Laws , all members in good standing as of the record date of August 9 , 2021 , will be entitled to vote . Members attending the meeting may vote in person , provided that they revoke any proxy previously given .
