REMINDER ABOUT VEHICLE STICKERS
After an increase in observing members not obtaining annual stickers , we want to make sure we remind you to acquire your 2021 annual tabs . Members are required to obtain stickers per Rule # 10.05 , which is summarized below :
• All Members must display a Canada Creek Ranch sticker .
• A Member can obtain vehicle stickers after annual membership dues are paid .
• This current-year sticker shall be permanently affixed on or before February 15th .
Generally , CCR Members do not intentionally try to break CCR rules . We understand that sometimes you have many things going on in your daily life . Sometimes these things slip by and are forgotten about . With that said , we want to make sure you are given an opportunity to correct this issue prior to any formal processes being started .
As a member , if you have paid your annual dues , you can purchase your annual tabs for $ 10.00 at the Ranch House office . These are to be placed DIRECTLY above your current reflective sticker on both the driver ’ s side , front and back windows . These annual tabs inform all members and staff that your dues are current . The permanent sticker is not valid without having the annual tab and the annual tab is not valid without the permanent sticker . If you don ’ t have permanent reflective stickers , you will have to bring your registration into the office to receive them .
Finally , the Gate Security Team Members and Security Patrol are documenting vehicle information when these violations are observed . Please remember infractions may result in an Incident Report being filed with the Safety & Security Committee . If an Incident Report is filed , there is a possibility of a $ 100.00 fine and 3 to 10 infraction points being assigned to your membership account .
