T . Chambers pulled the June 19 , 2021 , Board Minutes for discussion . T . Chambers stated that Policy and Procedure # 406 was discovered after the June 2021 meeting . Therefore , he requested that the minutes reflect that this motion is to be “ vacated ” and that an official vote will happen later in the meeting under Open Issue # 0621-3 .

• B . Rogers stated the fire truck has been delivered . Chief Jones is working to get the equipment transferred over .
2 . Barger Creek Wireless Update
• B . Rogers reported Barger Creek has both the Main Entrance and the South Entrance poles operational and serving members . The campground is anticipated to be completed by the end of August based on equipment delays .
3 . Fish Planting
• B . Rogers stated he was able to acquire 1,000 hybrid sunfish sized from 5 " to 7 " and were planted in Lake
