For over 90 years , Canada Creek Ranch has been a place where members find adventure , relaxation , and a true sense of belonging . We are home to hunting , fishing , and outdoor recreation - all designed to create lifelong memories with family and friends .
Every year , members continue to enjoy the incredible amenities and services that make Canada Creek Ranch a one-of-a-kind experience . Whether you visit seasonally or live here yearround , the value of being a member is undeniable . Each year I have conversations with members telling me about their unforgettable moments and which amenities and services they enjoy the most . What I found is the favorite for John , may not be a favorite for Jane … and what is a favorite for Jane , may not be a favorite for John . Over the years this list has grown . It has made me realize that the CCR Team and I are the caretakers of 1,729 individual members ’ favorite things .
So , what are your top two or three ? Think about the amenities and experiences that mean the most to you . Maybe it ’ s the thrill of a crisp fall morning in the hunting woods , the peaceful serenity of fly fishing on Canada Creek , or the joy of watching your grandchildren play on the beach . Perhaps you love the social events , the smalltown atmosphere , or the sense of security of knowing our dedicated team is always here to help .
Among our many amenities , members enjoy well over 60 amenities , services , and experiences :
• Hunting for whitetail deer , turkey , and small game
• Fishing — trout , panfish , ice fishing , and more
• Extensive shooting sports , including archery , rifle , pistol , and shotgun ranges
• A variety of outdoor recreation — hiking , snowmobiling , cross-country skiing , and disc golf
• Wildlife viewing , bird watching , enjoying the fauna , and breathing the clear air
• Ranch House facilities with overnight accommodation , dining , and fitness areas .

President ’ s Message

Happy New Year to all of you ! Wishing all of our members warmth and working furnaces during this bitter cold snap . Ice fishing certainly seems likely now with this prolonged freeze . Winter Jamboree is coming up in February and we all hope for lots of snow ( but maybe not quite so cold ).
January highlights :
Coffee and Conversation with the General Manger was a bit disappointing as there were only a couple of attendees . However , the board meeting had great attendance ; almost every seat was filled . Thank you to those who attended and participated with excellent questions . And welcome to our two new board members , Cameron Geralds and Bill Bennett .
Our annual review of governing documents resulted in several policy and procedure items being reviewed and voted on . For example , we voted to prohibit feeding / baiting , as well as advertising auctions and garage sales to the public . Members must also have current sticker on snowmobiles etc .
Whenever you have questions , please feel free to review our rules online and connect with either Brian or a Board member .
We also had a few important committee proposals and efforts to review :
First , the proposed building code revisions were discussed and tabled for further discussion during the next board meeting . The property owners ’ committee was asked to give additional information and input .
Second , the long-range financial health workgroup provided a brief review of their work to date . There is a planned townhall discussion on February 16 , 2025 , for members to provide questions and offer input . I certainly hope that many of our members can attend in person or via zoom for this important conversation .
Third , the historical committee is proud to announce that a very generous $ 50,000 donation has been made by a
