2018 Muzzeloader Deer Season Successful Hunters 2018 Late Anterless Deer Season Successful Hunters Reservation System Update Selection of Campsites will appear and disappear based on features you initially choose to search for. Hello Members, We want to give all members an update regarding the Online Campground Reservation System. After receiving numerous suggestions through the 2018 year regarding the old reservation system, it was decided to move forward with a new campground system in the late fall. Based on input over the past year, we wanted to make it easier and more accessible for CCR’s members. We believe the new system is improved significantly. With this system, because it is not a completely customizable system, there are a few drawbacks. To stay within our current budget, we believe the following items are minor issues that can be worked with. • When a member reserves a campground site, it will be only available at the MEMBER RATE. If a member books a campsite (81 – 125) for a guest, we will manually adjust the rate after the reservation is booked. The new system is available now by going to the website at www.ccra.club. You must then login with your username and password. Once logged in, click on “MEMBER ITEMS” and then “Campground Reservations.” This will bring you to a third-party reservation website. This website is available on desktop computers, laptop computers, tablets, and mobile devices. • All reservations do require a credit card to make the reservation. Your card will not be charged and will not be on file at the CCR Office. It is only needed to make the reservation. • Reservations for the same day are not allowed online. You must call the office to make reservations for the current day. From the reservation website, you may choose campsites based on service levels, length, and other features. At this time, you may reserve campsites 1 – 10 for the winter months. Once we get to January 1, 2019, you may reserve any campsite for the 2019 year (once your membership account is paid in full). On the reservation website, you will see a campground map along with the availability. You will see a color scheme of green and red. Green means that campsite is available within your parameters and the Red will mean the campsite is not. 10 The system was sent/emailed to multiple individuals, including the office team, the campground co-chairs, and a few others asking for their review and input. Moving to the next step, if anyone has suggestions regarding the new campground reservation system, please don’t hesitate to email Brian at brian@ccra.club. Questions regarding the new reservation may be answer by the office team by calling 989- 785-4201 or emailing us at office@ccra.club. We hope this new reservation system makes the reservation process easier for all the members.
