Dear members :
I am writing this letter to remind all members that we have a bottle & can drive that has been ongoing on the ranch to eventually build a museum for the ranch . The museum will have the full history of the ranch from beginning to present day . We need all the donations we can get as we are going to fund this project strictly through member donations .
It has been brought to my attention that there may be some confusion about where to donate bottles and cans . You can drop off your bottles and cans at my garage located at 22497 Shelton Trail ( tan house with garage ). Do not confuse this with the trailer that is set up near the ranch house for bottles and cans . The bottles and cans placed in this trailer are for another cause , not for the museum .
My committee and I would like to thank everyone who has donated so far and hope that you keep it going in the future . We will inform the membership of the progress of the project in the future . In addition to bottle and can donations , members may make a monetary donation . If you are interested in donating money , please see the office staff at the ranch house . They will be happy to assist you .
