Manager’ s Message
Hello Members,
Despite some less-than-perfect weather, Memorial Day Weekend at the Ranch was a great success! It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces around the club, enjoying the club, reconnecting with other members and friends, and kicking off the summer season. Even with the cooler temps, the club was hopping.
Looking ahead, the forecast for the coming week looks fantastic, plenty of sunshine and perfect days to enjoy all that CCR has to offer. The landscape is greening up, and everything is really starting to come together. From the budding trees to the fields, it’ s shaping up to be another great year.
The Ranch House Grille was bustling with activity over the holiday weekend, proof that our members are hungry for both good food and good company! Usage was up five-percent over Memorial Day Weekend 2024, a great sign of appreciation for our team’ s hard work.
On the ice storm topic, our salvage treatments are progressing smoothly. We’ re still in the early stages at the South Entrance, with several more steps to complete. OnCite Services is scheduled to return in June or July to grind the remaining debris, followed by trenching in preparation for this fall’ s replanting of Red Pine, Jack Pine, and White Pine. It’ s a long process, but we’ re on track.
We’ re looking forward to seeing even more of you around CCR this month. To those celebrating recent graduates, congratulations! We hope all your graduation parties go off without a hitch and are a memorable event for your families.
Here’ s to a summer full of great memories, beautiful weather, and the continued joy of this special place we all share. At your Service,
Brian Rogers, GM
