Canada Creek Ranch Honors Worthy Graduates with Leo Drewett Scholarships
In a celebration of academic achievement and community service, Canada Creek Ranch proudly awarded the Leo Drewett Scholarships to two outstanding graduating seniors. As the Assistant General Manager of Canada Creek Ranch, I had the honor of presenting these scholarships to deserving recipients. The scholarships were established through the generous donation of Leo Drewett, who believed in the power of education and community involvement.
First, I want to say congratulations to the entire Senior class on completing your final year of high school, and I wish you all the best as you continue on to your next adventure.

Leo Drewett, a cherished member of Canada Creek Ranch, left a lasting legacy. His passing at the age of 92 in 1997 was not the end of his impact. His generous contribution enabled Canada Creek Ranch to establish the Leo Drewett Scholarships, a testament to his unwavering commitment to community wellbeing and local initiatives.
Leo Drewett had a great interest in the surrounding area and desired that Canada Creek Ranch be involved in numerous efforts to support our local community.
Now, without further delay, this year’ s seniors have both accomplished numerous academic and athletic achievements and been steadfast in assisting their surrounding communities at every turn.
I am proud to present Valerie Binge and Emma McSwain as the 2025 Canada Creek Ranch Leo Drewett Scholarship recipients. Your hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed.
