Delecki to approve foreclosure on the individuals owing lots, 207RP, 231RP, 466RP, 467RP, 577RP. 853VP, 854VP, 743VP, 660VP, 1069VP, 91CCP, 92CCP, 205VP, 471GP, 148VP, 825GP, 731GP, 258VP and 942VP for unpaid 2024 and 2025 dues and assessments pursuant to Bylaw Article X, Section 9. Motion Approved 9-0.
D. Item # 0523-2: Request to Purchase Lot-
Woodworth
• V. Rakowski presented the request to purchase lot.
Motion by R. Trim, supported by R. Delecki to approve the sale of CCR-Owned lot 919 Virginia Park to member Nicholas Woodworth for $ 3,002.00 per Policies and Procedures # 507 and # 508. Motion Approved 9-0.
E. Item # 0525-3: Request to Purchase Lot – Maier
• V. Rakowski presented the request to purchase lot.
Motion by R. Trim, supported by N. Schulz to approve the sale of CCR-Owned lot 360 Virginia Park to member Jeff Maier for $ 2,500.00 per Policies and Procedures # 507 and # 508. Motion Approved 9-0.
F. Item # 0525-4: Request to Trade Lots – Hisscock
• V. Rakowski presented the request to trade lots.
Motion by D. Weber, supported by R. Delecki to approve the trade of Lot 911 Geneva Park owned by members Robert and Sheila Hisscock for CCR-Owned Lot 534 Viginia Park. Motion Approved 9-0.

• V. Rakowski presented the request to trade lots.
Motion by D. Weber, supported by R. Delecki to approve the trade of Lot 913 Geneva Park owned by members, James, and Shelia Houvener for CCR-Owned Lot 395 Rex Park. Motion Approved 9-0.

XI. Items from Members
• Member Michael Murray addressed the Board regarding two items. One item was that the grass around the rye fields is too tall, so members and guests are unable to view the wildlife. Second he would like to see a four way stop at Hilltop and Bridge Trail due to the low visibility at that intersection. D. Weber will bring the grass issue back up to the Conservation Committee as it was their recommendation to plant it. W. Bennett will take the dangerous intersection stop signs to the Safety & Security Committee for their recommendation.
• Lindsay Miller stated 302 trees were planted in the nursery and over fifty volunteers.
• Member Mark Peltier asked about the foreclosure fees. B. Rogers stated there is a $ 1000.00 fee automatically added once the attorney sends the letters. Mark also asked why we are using first class mail instead of bulk mail for CCR news. B. Rogers stated we do not have the software and are not large enough to use bulk mail. Mark also stated how the people on Dowsett faired the storm and came together to clear the roads.
• Board Member Ross Trim stated his son Ross Trim Jr. would like to know if portable soft side sheds could be used in the storage area. Item will be added to action items.
• Member Mike Cramer asked if his Campground Financials could be sent to him on the first of every month. Julie Olds CCR’ s bookkeeper will send the financials on the first of every month.
• V. Rakowski stated the company that does our brining of the roads may not be able to get to us prior to Memorial Day weekend.

H. Item # 0525-6: Elk Hunt Recommendations
• D. Weber and R. Delecki presented the Elk Hunt recommendations.
Motion by L. Miller, supported by R. Trim to approve the 2025 Elk Hunt Recommendations as presented, recommended, and unanimously approved by the Elk Hunt Subcommittee, and the Conservation Committee. Motion Approved 9-0.
