CCR Financial Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) continued Continued on page 12 A4 – T otal Accounts Receivables Total This metric is all monies owed to the club via member, vendor, or employee accounts. NOTE: The Accounts Receivables includes monies owed from the current date and previous years. A6 – Operating Profit / Loss Ratio This metric is another way to review the Net Operating Result. By utilizing a percentage ratio, we can better understand if we are spending more or less than previous years. C1 – Current Number of Members This metric is the total number of members (people) of the club. D1 – Current Number of Certificates This metric is the total number of memberships (paper) of the club. Remember, members can own up to ten memberships per the By-Laws. E3 – Capital Expenses to Revenue Ratio This metric is calculated by taking the Capital Expenses and dividing it by the Capital Revenue. This ratio will tell us how much of the current year’s revenue is being spent. 17
