MISSION STATEMENT Canada Creek Ranch Association, Inc.
The purpose of Canada Creek Ranch Association is to preserve our hunting and fishing heritage and to provide a quality outdoor environment for those other recreational activities which are unique to its woods, waters, and wildlife; and to promote among its members an enduring fellowship working to preserve its properties, and friendly spirit for future generations. This mission is to be implemented within principles of ecologically responsible resource stewardship, sound, farsighted financial management, and respect for the dignity of fellow members. Consistent with these objectives are the following implementation goals: GOALS:
1. Provide efficient administrative services.
2. Provide a healthy habitat for fish and wildlife( game and non-game species for the purpose of viewing, hunting and trapping, fishing, etc..).
3. Provide temporary rental lodging and dining facilities for the members.
4. Provide camping facilities for the members.
5. Make seasonal outdoor recreation opportunities available for members-promoting fellowship and family participation.
6. Maintain a secure environment for members and property.
7. Provide timely and efficient communication of Ranch business and activities to the members.
8. Administer the Ranch as a community which recognizes and supports the interests of visiting low usage members and well as high usage and resident members.
9. Code of conduct should be enforced equitably, and a spirit of self-imposed personal integrity and ethics should be promoted by and expected of the members.

CCR Ladies Auxiliary
All female members of Canada Creek Ranch are members of the Ladies Auxiliary and encouraged to attend the meetings on the first Wednesday of the month and make new friends. I hope you can attend our last meeting of the year on November 5, 2025, at 10:30 am.
Members of the Ladies Auxiliary run the gift shop and the library. Please check out the gift shop to see our merchandise.
We are starting our 4 th Annual“ Holiday Help with Hygiene” Campaign. We will be collecting hygiene items for the Just in Case project, Atlanta; The Caring Place, Atlanta; New Beginnings, Hillman; Courtesy Club, Onaway; Department of Health and Human Services, Montmorency County. Please place new hygiene items in the bin in the vestibule of the Ranch House. We will be collecting items until December 10, 2025.
We also have an ongoing food drive to benefit The Caring Place in Atlanta. There is a bin in the vestibule of the Ranch House where the food can be placed. If you are closing your cabin for the season and have a large quantity of food to donate, please contact Julie McEwan at 989- 785-5290 and she will pick it up from your residence.
The Harvest Dinner on October 15, was a success. We would like to thank Chef Chuck and the kitchen staff for the delicious food and great service. Also, we would like to thank Linda Cook, Carolyn Marshall, and Tammy Smith for the silent auction items.
October 18, 2025 CCR Rules Violations and Penalties
Total Penalties of 10 points, $ 500 of fines and were issued for a vehicle sticker violations( Rule 10.05) by the Board of Directors.
