Capital Fund . This committee has been tasked with helping formulate ideas to bring our Capital Fund dollars better aligned with our assets on hand . This committee is compiled of Board members and members-at-large , some of which are CPAs and professional financial experts . The committee has a daunting task of trying to help figure out ways to fund these expenses in the future . Hard choices will have to be made by the committee , the Board of Directors and the membership which could include the option of replacing these assets or disposing of them .

As we sit here today , I again ask the membership to entice your sons , your daughters , your friends and your family to become members . Remember that ultimately it is up to you , the members to recruit new members . Ask them why they are not becoming members , and please don ’ t let them use the excuse of just wanting to utilize your membership . Those guests that visit multiple times in a year must be inspired to become the next members of CCR .

We could never have a fantastic club like CCR have without the following great Team Members . These individuals have the passion and heart for CCR to be great . I would like to personally give thanks to :

The Office Team led by Yvonne Currie consisting of Jazmyn Friant , Julie Olds , Pat Earl , Tristen Juergens , and Traci Carigon ;

The Dining Room and Culinary Team led by Chef Nicholas Burleigh consisting of Allyn Jencks , Catherine Hikade , Chloe Lemcool , Ethan Goldberg , Fred Hikade , Gabriel Brown , Hunter Rice , Leann Howe , Leslie Armon , Lily Boyce , Michele Anderson , Michelle Montgomery , Shaina Wuori , Steve Fenner , and Tiffany Juergens .

The Housekeeping Team led by David Snarski consisting of Dezyrae Cohoon , Tiffany Juergens and Trace Juergens .

The Maintenance Team led by Richard Krucker consisting of Gilbert Olds , Joel Jones , Lanny Cotner , and Matt Reilly .

The Security Team led by Dale James and supported by Janet Edwards .

Our Shotgun Range Attendant Burt Barker .

And our Fire Brigade Members led by Chief John Jones and consisting of Adam Jones , Bryant Priest , Cassie Cotner , David Weber , Don Krzysiak , Gary Zechel , Gary Jones , James Dowe , John Kaszonyi , Ralph Mayer , Robert Arnold , Shawn Wikelius and Bill VanTiem .

This CCR Team is truly an awesome bunch of people . These individuals ultimately are attempting to always provide “+ 1 Service ” to the membership . At times , they are requested and pushed beyond their limits , yet they always come through with high levels of enthusiasm . We ask them to work on your holidays , away from their families , and it truly takes dedicated people to do that . This group of individuals never cease to amaze me , and I for one , am always proud of them . So , please thank your CCR team the next time you see them . They are truly remarkable !

Next , I would like to thank all the volunteers of CCR . Without these individuals ’ countless hours of time commitment , CCR would not be what it is today . These members serve many different roles in helping the club . Be it volunteering for highway pickup , planting our fields and food plots , running the gift shop , sitting on a committee or any of the other ways they assist , we are truly grateful . I thank you for your commitments .

Finally , I would like to thank the Board of Directors for your trust in me . I ’ m officially passed my one-year anniversary and we all had a heck of a ride this year . On behalf of the membership , we will not forget all the hard work you have put into keeping this club great . Thank you for the opportunity to serve both you and the members . It is truly an honor . For those Board Members that are departing this year , thank you for your time and commitment , and to any new director or directors that may be elected , I welcome the opportunity to work with you and believe we can and will accomplish many things to keep this club around for another 86 plus years .
