Safety and Security Committee Annual Report
The Safety and Security Committee has received 10 incident reports as of August 28 , 2020 . These incidents included :
1 . Riding an ATV on ranch roads 2 . Tree blind violations 3 . Member outback without proper ID 4 . Dog violations 5 . Reckless driving 6 . Possible by-law violation 7 . Trespassing
Out of the 10 reports received by the Committee , the following were the outcomes :
• Two of the incidents resulted in a letter of education being sent to the members involved .
• Two of the incidents were referred to the Board of Directors with recommendations for further actions including fines , points , membership privilege and guest privilege suspensions .
• One of the incidents no member was identified and the incident was just documented .
• Two were sent directly to the board for actions .
• Three incidents are still pending .
The committee was asked for a recommendation on changing rule 0.07 regarding the use of ATVs on ranch property . The committee recommended that the board table the proposed change until after a survey of the membership was done to allow member input . The committee will revisit the proposed change once the survey results are presented .
There are no other outstanding issues before the committee at this time .

Snowmobile Committee Annual Report
This is an update from the snowmobile committee :
• Committee chair is Bill Bennett . ( new for 2020 )
• Tasks planned for fall of 2020
1 ) Schedule a snowmobiler ’ s information input and feedback meeting
2 ) Gather a list of members to populate a list of ides for snowmobiling on the ranch such as :
a ) Snowmobile safety course b ) Creation of a ranch snowmobiling map
c ) Additional cabin area snowmobile routes to minimize road use
d ) Cabin and out back area trail markers 3 ) Develop a long-term plan for future projects such as :
a ) New trails to double as snowmobile and walk paths
b ) Trail path and bridge to cross wet area at wild foul to font of ranch
c ) South end of ranch trail and bridge access out back by foot or sled
d ) Recover old trails that have been abandoned due to the members that maintained them are no longer with us
