Hello Members,
On behalf of the Board of Directors and myself, I want to sincerely thank each of you who took the time to vote on this year’ s proxy. Your votes are what guide the future of Canada Creek Ranch, and your willingness to engage in this important process speaks volumes. Congratulations to our 2026-2028 Directors Steven Boyce, Janet Dowe, and Victoria Rakowski. I look forward to working with you to ensure CCR remains a special place to so many. and Rhonda Wetherington for putting your name in the hat as a Board candidate.
With the Resource Funding Proposal not passing, revenues for the Resource Fund will be extremely limited in the year ahead. This reality means that many of the programs we have long cherished such as field plantings, fish stocking, and tree planting may not be possible in 2026 without difficult prioritization by the Board and Management. At present, very little revenue is available for these efforts unless we explore utilizing cash reserves from previous years or identify new, creative ways to move these programs forward.
As always, we will put our heads together to face these challenges. We remain committed to investigating new avenues of funding and ensuring that resource stewardship remains one of our top priorities, in line with

our Mission:“… to preserve our hunting and fishing heritage and to provide a quality outdoor environment for those other recreational activities which are unique to its woods, waters, and wildlife; and to promote among its members an enduring fellowship working to preserve its properties, and friendly spirit for future generations.” Your thoughts, ideas, and input will remain vital as we chart our path forward. Together, we must find a plan and a path that ensures CCR remains your favorite place for generations to come. We need to create our version of the“ yellow brick road.” Should you have suggestions, please know that both our Board President, Vicki Rakowski, along with the entire Board and I are eager to hear from you.

September 20, 2025 CCR Rules Violations and Penalties Total Penalties of 25 points, $ 2,000 of fines and reimbursement were issued for property damage / beach violations and vehicle sticker violations by the Board of Directors.
