A . PULSE SURVEY RESULTS – CCR conducts pulse surveys to 50 % of the participants who utilize an amenity or service daily . These emailed surveys help us understand , in nearly real-time , what our Members are thinking of that specific amenity . These results are broken down into Promoters ( happy with the service ), Passives ( okay with the service ), and Detractors ( unhappy with the service ). The results are utilized to create a Net Promotor Score ( NPS ), and we can also look at percentages of those that are satisfied ( score 7 – 10 ) with service vs those that are not . Since January 1 through December 31 , we have received the following results :
B . MUSEUM PROJECT UPDATE FROM DECEMBER 23 – The contractor is continuing to make progress . The rough-in of the exterior studs is completed . The roof is dried-in and shingles should be going on right after Christmas . Our team has completed the ordering of the new furniture for the upstairs room that is being added to the suite .
As a reminder , the contractor has placed caution tape and barriers to keep everyone from entering the area . Please do not go around these barriers . The end parking location of the overnight rooms has been coned-off to allow the contractor to park equipment . Please refrain from parking in this area .
Should you have any questions , please don ’ t hesitate to contact Rick Krucker , Property and Maintenance Manager , or myself .
C . MONTMORENCY TOWNSHIP WINTER TAX BILLS - The Montmorency Township winter tax bills have been mailed out . If you are still waiting to receive these bills by the beginning of January , please get in touch with the Montmorency Township office . The office phone number is ( 989 ) 742 – 3619 .
