President’s Message
MISSION STATEMENT
Canada Creek Ranch Association, Inc.
Continued from page 1
The purpose of Canada Creek Ranch Association is to
preserve our hunting and fishing heritage and to provide a
quality outdoor environment for those other recreational
activities which are unique to its woods, waters, and
wildlife; and to promote among its members an enduring
fellowship working to preserve its properties, and friendly
spirit for future generations. This mission is to be
implemented within principles of ecologically responsible
resource stewardship, sound, farsighted financial
management, and respect for the dignity of fellow members.
Consistent with these objectives are the following
implementation goals: But at CCR the Operating Dues, Capital Dues, and
Resource Fund withdrawals (beyond the strict limit
already in place) must be authorized by membership
votes. Our members have the “power of the purse strings”.
GOALS: Please take the time to read what the Board is planning
and to provide your input and questions.
1. Provide efficient administrative services. As always, your thoughts and questions on these monthly
messages are welcome.
So, as the Board works through these financial challenges,
we’ll need your understanding and support.
The Board will keep you informed about its thinking and
the state of the Club’s finances. We will do our best to
keep you “in the loop” with information easily available
in print and on our website.
2. Provide a healthy habitat for fish and wildlife (game
and non-game species for the purpose of viewing,
hunting and trapping, fishing, etc..).
Respectfully, Ray Karbon
3. Provide temporary rental lodging and dining facilities
