Continued from page 4 Last year, we sent 46 letters. As of June 15, 2020, we are down to 58 inactive accounts. We will see a lot of these account balances paid as we get closer to holiday weekends and hunting seasons. 3. Lot Foreclosure Sale Update • B. Rogers reported the lot foreclosure auction will take place July 16, 2020 at the Montmorency Court House @ 10:00 AM. Lots being auctioned are 814 Virginia Park and 22 Valley Park The auction is significantly later due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 4. Drewett Scholarships Awarded • On June 9, 2020 B. Rogers recorded a video announcing the two winners of the Canada Creek Ranch Leo Drewett Scholarship. This scholarship is for $1,500 awarded to a graduating senior of Atlanta Community Schools that is planning on obtaining an associate or bachelor’s degree. This year two ladies were the recipients. Their names are Jaidah Chippa and Jordan Koblielus. 5. Reserve Study Update • R. Rogers reported Reserve Advisors should have their “boots-on-the-ground” inspection to happen late July or early August. They anticipate the report being completed by the end of August. Motion by M. Smith, seconded by A. Lifsey to approve the Manager’s Report as presented. Approved Unanimously 9-0. Strategic Plan Review 1. Goals due in the next 3 months: • Goal #2-2: Board Operating System o Goal status remains green. • Goal #2-3: Nominating Process o R. Karbon reported this goal is complete but should remain green. The not later than date to be the same date as Goal #2-2 as both goals are interweaved. •Goal #6-1: Pet Friendly Accommodations o M. Ames presented the proposed rule change for 15.01 and the Dog Accommodations Guidelines. The only change is to add a spot under “Dog Information” on the waiver where it asks for the owner to state the dog has had its vaccinations. Motion by N. Schulz, seconded by A. Lifsey to approve Rule 15.01 as presented. Approved Unanimously 9-0. Second Reading July 18, 2020. • Goal #1-3: New Member Application Process & Procedure o Goal status remains yellow. • Goal #5-2: Committee Statement of Purpose, Roster, Objectives. o Goal status remains yellow. • Goal #5-3: Method of Measuring CCR Programs Effectiveness. o Goal status remains green. • Goal #3-2: State of the Ranch o Goal status remains green. 2. Item #0118-1: 18-1: Campground electric, water & sewer replacement for sites 11-20. • B. Rogers reported that Peck has completed the campground electric project and has not received an invoice. 2. Item #01219-1: Side by Sides. • T. Chambers presented a potential rule change to Rule 10.07 and Section 11 of the Association Rules. After a discussion, it was decided to postpone the first reading with the following points to be considered: o Do we add dirt bikes & street motorcycles to the recreational vehicle definition? o Do we allow all these recreational vehicles into the hunting area? o Do we allow only street-legal (with proof by license plate, not forms) automobiles and side by sides into the hunting area? o Do we provide the membership with a survey to gather their opinions? 3. Item #1091-1: Club License Update. • B. Rogers reported that Canada Creek Ranch has received the club license. Service began in the Dining Room on Friday, June 19, 2020. 4. Item #0120-1: Volunteer Event. • R. Karbon stated due to multiple factors that he would like to postpone this event until 2021. 5. Item #0520-1: Property Owners Committee Mission Statement. • A.
