1. Go online to ccrf501. com and click“ Donate”. You can donate using PayPal, Venmo, or Credit / Debit Card. a. Just type“ Storm Recovery” in the top box, and the amount of your donation in the bottom box. b. Follow the prompts to complete your donation.
2. Mail a check payable to“ CCR Foundation, Inc.” to P. O. Box 501, Onaway, MI 49765. a. Note“ Storm Recovery” on your check.
3. Make a Qualified Charitable Donation( QCD) from your IRA or Roth IRA. a. Request an IRA Distribution Request Form from your investment institution. b. Complete the form and direct your donation to be mailed directly to the CCR Foundation, Inc. at P. O. Box 501, Onaway, MI 49765. c.
