2 . Historical Committee Overview
• V . Kaszonyi gave an overview regarding the Historical Committee ’ s wish to have a museum . Member Perry Cooper prepared a presentation that contained how the proposed museum may look . The Committee is doing a can / bottle drive to raise money . All donations may be sent to the Ranch House to be applied to the Historical Committee ’ s custodial account . s Report 1 . Tree Skidder / Trencher Purchase Update .
• B . Rogers stated he was able to procure the skidder / trencher along with a fertilizer spreader from the seller for $ 17,500 plus $ 1,000.00 for trucking . We ended up getting the trencher / skidder for $ 17,500.00 and the spreader for $ 1,000.00 ($ 1,000.00 will come out of the Fields Custodial Fund ). Overall , this is $ 2,500.00 under the initial number of $ 20,000.00 the seller asked for . Discussion regarding adding these items to the Capital ledger . At the August 2020 meeting it was voted not to add the skidder / trencher to the Capital ledger . After a lengthy discussion , the motion was made . Motion by M . Smith , supported by M .
