IV. OPERATIONS / GENERAL MANAGER’ S REPORTS
Most, if not all, of this report has already been published through the Membership Minute blog. A. STORAGE AREA COMMON LOT CLEAN UP EFFORT – Members, we’ re asking for your help! If you have a boat, trailer, or any other item stored in the common lot within the storage area, please contact the CCR Office to identify your item. We will request that you place a storage area sticker on it.
Over time, several items have remained unmoved( some even starting to grow moss), so it’ s time to give this area the cleanup it deserves. Your assistance will help us get things organized and ensure the lot is being appropriately used by active members.
Please note that any items left unclaimed by October 1, 2025, will be removed.

C. MUSEUM PROJECT UPDATE – SEPT. 5 – I wanted to provide a quick update regarding the museum project.
• The doors have been hung. They can now be removed for the wood burning. Finishing of the doors will be done after the wood burning project is completed.
• The floor is complete in the museum.
• The trim has been placed on most of the areas.
• The upstairs portion of the suite is now drywalled with final prepping happening soon for paint.
If you have any questions, please don’ t hesitate to contact Rick Krucker, the Property and Maintenance Manager, or me.
D. ACCESS TO SIDE TRAILS IN HUNTING AREA – After more than five challenging months following the ice storm, we are pleased to share that we believe most, if not all, of the hunting area trails are now open. With this progress, we are returning to traditional access for these areas, and keys will no longer be available for checkout.
We extend our thanks to all the volunteers who dedicated their time and effort to make these areas accessible. Your hard work not only reopened the trails but also spared the Ranch significant additional costs.
Thank you for your continued support and care for Canada Creek Ranch.
E. CCR RESOURCE FUND PROXY PROPOSAL – CCR Members, I recognize the challenges we all face in our personal lives, paychecks are stretched, costs continue to rise, and none of us take lightly the thought of paying more. That’ s why I want to approach this request with understanding and humility, while also being clear about what is at stake.
