• The rows going across are the number of lots a Member owns.
• The columns going down are the number of certificates a Member owns.
• As an example, you will see that there are 6 Members that own 4 lots( row) and 3 certificates( column).
• You will also note that out of the 1,232 members:
o 655 total members own equal lots to certificates. o 577 total members own more lots than certificates.
How many people attend the townhall meetings?
• At the February 16 Townhall meeting, we had 32 in-person attendees and 46 via Zoom.
• At the March 22 Townhall meeting, we had 18 in-person attendess and 16 via Zoom.
• At the May 17 Townshall meeting, we had 6 in-person attendees and 5 via Zoom.
• At the June 18 Townhall meeting, 21 Zoom attendees.
• At the July 7 Townhall meeting, we had 19 in-person attendees and 1 via Zoom.
• At the August 2 Proxy Townhall meeting, we had 12 in-person attendees and 2 via Zoom.
Will this be a separate line item on the dues statement? Yes, this will be a separate line item on the annual dues statement. You will see Resource Dues. Can we be clearer on the annual statement to show where our dues go? The Board is considering how the annual statement is shown each year to allow each Member to see what the exact amount of their dues and assessments goes to each fund. It has been discussed with club’ s CPAs and Auditors.
