Manager ’ s Report 1 . Fire Truck Replacement Update
• B . Rogers stated the fire truck is waiting on an on-spot chain air valve bladder . The bladder arrived on Friday , June 11 . The dealer plans on installing it and delivering the truck on June 18 .
2 . Barger Creek Wireless Update
• B . Rogers reported Barger Creek successfully turned on the Main Entrance pole site . Adjustments will be made within 2 weeks . Barger Creek has set the cabinet at the South Entrance pole . Barger Creek tentatively plans to build the South Entrance site the week of June 21 st with the campground site to follow the week of June 28th . Timing for WIFI service at the Campground is still TBD and will depend on what Barger Creek sees when they have the Campground pole operational .
3 . Forestry Treatment Updates
• B . Rogers stated that the 2020 / 2021 treatment has been completed . The wires have been replaced . Normal maintenance in this area will be scheduled for later in the season as many poles have been broken . The gate pole at the North Entrance needs to be replaced .
4 . Gypsy Moth Suppression Update

• B . Rogers reported that on May 24 , the Gypsy Moth Suppression Aerial Spray was completed . The entire cabin area of CCR was sprayed . CCR ’ s portion of the bill was $ 19,800 . The Resource Fund Gypsy Moth Suppression General Ledger Line has an amount of $ 38,720 remaining for future suppression needs out of the $ 58,520 that was assessed to the membership .
5 . Fish Planting Update
• B . Rogers reported that the bluegill order and plant for the end of May or the beginning of June did not happen . The two reasons for the nonplanting were inventory availability and temperatures . We are looking at other options , but at this time no hybrid bluegills or wild bluegills will be planted in either Lake Geneva or Wildfowl Lake .
6 . Inactive 2021 Membership Letter
• B . Rogers reported that the 2021 letters have been sent out per the CCR By-Laws . This year 37 members were sent letters . This 37 encompasses any inactive , foreclosed upon or escrow members that have a dues balance on their account .
7 . Lot Foreclosure Update
• B . Rogers reported that the final 60-day grace period for unpaid 2020 dues has passed as of June 2 , 2021 . A total of 11 members were sent to the attorney ’ s office for collections .
8 . Leo Drewett Scholarship Update
• B . Rogers report that this year only one individual applied for the scholarship through Atlanta Schools . This year ’ s single $ 1,500 recipient was Marissa Perry . She plans on attending Lake Superior State University with a goal of becoming a Conservation Officer .
9 . Follow-ups from May 2021 Board Meeting
At the May 2021 Board Meeting , the following questions were asked , and B . Rogers stated he would get back to the Board .
i . Fish capacity within CCR Lakes
• T . Chambers asked if our lakes could essentially hold more fish . Tom Ames , who is the Conservation Committee representative for our fish stocking , reached out to Vince Balcer , a previous member who is a DNR Fisheries Biologist . Vince told Tom that our lakes could hold more fish .
ii . Ranch-owned Lot Sale Prices
• M . Ames brought up his concern regarding the Ranch-Owned Lot sale prices and whether we should be looking at modifying the price from $ 1,750.00 earlier than the September time frame as listed in the
