Manager s Report 1 . Barger Creek Wireless Update
• B . Rogers reported Barger Creek has both the main and south entrance sites serving homes fully . The campground Wi-Fi if fully operational from a technical standpoint but they are still finishing the details on the billing server .
2 . Conifer Tree Trenching Update
• B . Rogers reported the tree planting contractor started planting the jack pine at Bear Den Lake Road . The contractor will continue with the red pine planting on October 8 . The contractor anticipates on finishing all the areas on October 12 .
3 . Sno-Drift Rally Room Rentals
• B . Rogers asked that this be discussed at the November Board meeting .
4 . Follow-up from September 2021 Board Meeting
• B . Rogers stated the owners of the El-Bo Inn were notified of the motion and approval by the Board of Directors regarding the patio sign wording and it not being attached to the trees .

Strategic Plan Review 1 . Goals due in the next three months
i . Goal # 4-4 4 : Capital Fund Restructuring
• Goal has been marked complete . This goal was duplicated with an NLT date of January 2024 to review the funding , updating the Reserve Study and reviewing how the assets are faring after the Capital Assessment increase .
ii . Goal # 1-5 : Respective Rule Infraction Policy Recommendation
• M . Boyce will have a draft to the Board for review at the November meeting . Goal remains green .
